About Cambridge Psychology

An important distinguishing feature of Cambridge Psychology is that it was established in 2007 to provide psychological and psychotherapeutic support to Abbotsford Private Hospital. As such, it is part of the Abbotsford Group that includes not only the Hospital’s inpatient facility, but Abbotsford Psychiatry, Abbotsford Group Psychotherapy services, as well as a dedicated addictions-focused General Practice Clinic.

The importance of this is that Cambridge Psychology can, if appropriate, offer a “one stop shop” for all psychological disorders. The psychotherapy team at Cambridge Psychology can readily access, when needed, psychiatric services, in patient-beds, day patient psychotherapy groups and the provision of excellent General Practice medical expertise.

Cambridge Psychology provides a “wrap around service” that literally covers all aspects of Mental Health Care.
